If vampires, werewolves, and fairies were lions, tigers, and bears, then Clary Fray is the Dorothy Gale of New York City and "The Mortal Instruments." And, while the supernatural story by Cassandra Clare isn't exactly about a trip down the yellow brick road, it does feature a slew of various demons as well as the heroic Shadowhunters, of which Clary (played by Lily Collins) and her love interest Jace (Jamie Campbell Bower) are two. The fictional world is set to come to life in August.
